I am going to be at the Hobart Farmer’s Market starting June 1st Friday afternoons from 4:00pm to 7:00pm until September 28th. We, at Weathered Hill Farm LLC, will be selling our lamb cuts, pork cuts, take down payments for wholesale animals, and any produce that we cannot eat ourselves.
The Hobart Farmer’s Market has been growing steadily for the last five years. It is a great place to go on Fridays to get fresh produce, eggs, meats, baked goods, and even original photographs and jewelry.
There is a lovely food truck called A Fork in the Road owned and operated by Cheri Miglianti. She is a wizard when it comes to good home cooking.
There is live music from local artists, and even a children’s corner where the kids can listen to books at story time.
It is just a way for the community to come together and celebrate in the small town family feel.
All of the vendors are very inviting and welcoming. They love to talk about their farming experiences and trials.
Even if you may not need anything, it is always good to get out of the house and meet new friends. You never know what you may learn!
